Let the (EVBS) Producers conduct a "needs assessment" which will allow us to uncover what your insurance/non-insurance benefit/service expectations are versus what benefits/services you currently hold to see if any changes are needed to add more benefits/services, to increase/decrease benefits/services or to make any professional suggestions

on what NEW benefits/services are needed that are viable to "your insurance/non-insurance vision!"

To get started, as an L.A. County Employee, all we need is the following:

​

(1.) Your "Full Name," as shown on your paycheck stub;

(2.) Your "Employee Number" &

(3.) Your "Date of Birth."

Implementation Strategy

Once the "needs assessment" has been completed, our (EVBS) Producers will work closely with you to develop an implementation strategy for the insurance/non-insurance benefits you request making sure that you are aware of the terms and conditions of such insurance/non-insurance contracts, aware of the effective date of such insurance/non-insurance contracts and comfortable with the budgeted premium due of such insurance/non-insurance contracts. 

Questions & Claims Adjudication

(EVBS) Producers are trained in customer service!  The sale and the implementation of any insurance/non-insurance program will not be the last contact you have with one our Producers; as your producing agency, we will need to know how we can service your policy-plan/your service questions or help with your claims that arise.  At (EVBS) we promote a constant flow of
